Come and sign up for one of the best stress reducing workouts.

Maximum of 30 participants per class

Why do Yoga?

Sign-ups begin December 5th at the Fitness Center, until classes are full.

  • All classes are 10 weeks in length
  • Payments are made at the Fitness Center with a check made payable to Ithaca College (NO REFUNDS). Please make sure your schedules don't conflict with a class prior to signing up. ID Express not accepted.
  • If you have any questions about the style of yoga being taught, please contact the Fitness Center
  • Intermediate Yoga requires a previous study with teachers here or by permission
