Come and sign up for one of the best stress reducing workouts.

Maximum of 20 participants per class

Benefits include:

Instructor: John Burger

  • John teaches full time at numerous locations in the Finger Lakes area.

  • He has practiced tai chi and related internal marital arts for past 19 years.

  • He studied for 12 years at the American Jiann Shyong Kung Fu Center in Cambridge, MA

Payments are made at the Fitness Center with a check made payable to Ithaca College (NO REFUNDS). Please make sure your schedules don't conflict with a class prior to signing up. ID Express not accepted.
