Classes Begin Monday, March 17 and will end
on Friday, May 2nd
Maximum of 30 participants per class.
Cardio Kickboxing:
A fun, high-energy class combining aerobic boxing, self-defense
techniques, and rhythmic choreography.
Butt & Gut:
This toning class targets muscle groups in the legs thighs and
abs using cardio and strength exercises.
Fab Abs: This
toning class focuses on improving abdominal strength and endurance
for a solid core.
Body Tone: Body
weight training using high repetition focusing on muscle definition
and toning. We will aim at the upper body, arms, lower body
and strong focus on abs.
Jazz Dance For Flexibility:
With a focus on active stretching, classes will incorporate
a warm-up and strengthening section with fun, across-the-floor
exercises, similar to a jazz class.
Belly Dancing:
A good cardio-vascular workout that helps increase both flexibility
and strength, focusing on the torso. This class will use a fusion
of bellydance styles to provide a basic understanding through
isolations, floorwork and combinations. Open to all body types
and levels of dance experience.

• No sign ups required for these classes and you may
join in anytime
• To participate in one of these classes, you must first
get a numbered
card from the Fitness Center front desk
• Only 30 cards will be issued for each class
• These cards will be given out 30 minutes prior to
the start of each class, on a first come first serve basis
